Since its foundation in Madrid in 1928, Cafés Guilis is focused on coffee roasting. It is a dynamic company, immersed from the origin in a constant innovation process that has allowed the company to position as horeca leader in the Region of Madrid and to open new markets in other European countries and in the United States of America. It follows attentively the constant development of the coffee market with the objective of providing their customers the best quality product and the best service. It has a programme of constant investment in improving its facilities and in the training of its employees. In March 2018 it obtained the European Food Safety Certificate: IFS.
Cafés Guilis imports coffee from the best coffee growing regions in the world –Colombia, Brasil, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Uganda, Kenya and India-, completing a rigorous selection of each harvest to obtain the best range of products 100% Arábica. The green coffee arrives directly to our factory where it is roasted, packaged and distributed daily, with the aim of guaranteeing a fresh coffee with all its essence, aroma and flavor, and keeping all its characteristics.
Cafés Guilis has a fast and efficient delivery system developed through the Logistics Department. The Company has a large fleet of vehicles that allows to transport the products daily in time to all its customers.
Cafes Guilis has its own Technical Support Service that provides free assistance whenever a customer needs it, with the objective of guaranteeing the right operation of the coffee makers and mills to offer a cup of the utmost quality. The company also offers the customers financial support in the purchase of coffee machines and advises them about the correct the right functioning and handling of them.
From the Administration Department and through the Commercials Agents, the company offers an ongoing Customer Service to take orders and to attend all kind of client´s requests.
Cafés Guilis principal aim is to obtain the perfect cup. For that purpose, the Commercial Agents receive an intensive and continued training on coffee characteristics and on the coffee sector.
Nowadays the company is focused towards the expansion in new markets in Europe, with an important positioning in Poland, and in the United States.
