The traditional drying process still takes place on a ceramic floor tiles, named “terrazos”, in order to concentrate the sweetness and to secure the unique taste.
Next, Café do Brazil specialists prepare the blend that is delivered directly to Cafés Guilis to be roasted with its traditional method.
The result is a cup of coffee with a perfect equilibrium.
